Items are shipped fully insured

All orders are shipped fully insured. There is a delivery confirmation on all packages and packages must be signed for. If there is no one available at the delivery address the postman will return with it back to the depot and leave a card informing you of this. Please ensure you take the card with you to collect your parcel within the allotted time, or the items may be shipped back without notification. In that case, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and or customs charges that are incurred on the package ( for both original and return shipments ), and the cost of returning the package to www.slendertonessystem.com. We can NOT ship to US Military APO boxes currently. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected shipping date.

Delivery Time

Items will be shipped out 2 - 3 days after receiving the order. In general, it may take about 3 - 10 business days for delivery, depending on the different delivery means you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Order Tracking

We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. We do not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In this case, we reserve the right to ship the products from Hong Kong without any additional fees.

What will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.

* * Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
* * International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures (such as both countries customs, transit stations etc.), we are unable to control their delivery time.
* * Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
* * Orders are usually shipped within 12-24 hours of your payments being received.
